Gameplay

In this game, also named peace chess or cuddle chess, you have a set-up similar to regular chess. It plays quite the same as well, but with one big difference! You don't wipe the other players pieces of the board, but instead you form a sort of 'hugformation' when you land on the same space of an opponents piece. You then continue moving your piece as you would normally, while taking the other player along with you. You can also jump to another piece in order to break free from the formation. You win by forming such a formation with the opponent's king!

Thoughts

What an amazing experience playing this beautiful game. I really like the idea of not fighting each other off the board, but instead jumping forward toward the king via connecting. Just like in the real life, dancing with the people you encounter along the way! Very intuitive!

A copy of this game was provided to me by Paco Sako for the purpose of writing this review. My opinion however remains my own.
