Board game review & gameplay of: Fort Knox Box

  • 7.5/10

This box is designed for a solo escape experience, but can of course also be done together, handing the cube around and discussing it's possible solutions. It's handmade out of wood and also has that smokey smell laserprinted products have. To open the box, you have to find codes and solve puzzles!

I had great fun with this little device! I must admit that at first I couldn't really find where to start and I almost broke it 🙈 but then with a little hint via the QR code on the box (each step contains a helpful video for people like me, who could use a hint from time to time) I was well on my way of solving the clues!

Another thing I really like is that you can give the box to someone else after solving it and perhaps even use it as a container for a (supersmall) present.

This is a really nice puzzly box if you like escape rooms and games like Myst from the earlier days! 🤸

A copy of this game was provided to me by Escape Welt for the purpose of writing this review. My opinion however remains my own.
